We stayed at Sativa Sanur Cottages for a family vacation and it was perfect for us. The connecting rooms were great for our family and the location was fantastic. We loved that it was at the end of a driveway, making it nice and quiet. The pool was just outside our room, which was convenient for the kids. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always responsive to our requests. The supermarket at the end of the driveway was a bonus too!
Would recommend this hotel.

The pool was dope and perfect for chillin' with our squad. The staff was hella friendly and always had our backs. Plus, the location was on fleek - we could easily hit up the Monkey forest in Ubud, shop at the Art market, and vibe at the Ubud Palace. Snorkeling and Sea Walk were mad lit too, giving us an epic underwater adventure!
Wish there were more lit party activities for us young peeps.

The breakfast sitting around the pool area was not too bad - not a great selection but certainly adequate. Most of the clientele seemed to be European and it was interesting to talk to them.
We found the hotel to be in need of a facelift. Bathroom was very old and had cracked tiles. The shower in bath tub was very small, old and had very little pressure. Pool area looked lovely from afar but on closer inspection was full of cracked tiles and dark looking patches on the floor of the pool. Most of Sanur around the Sativa Cottages is also in need of repair.

We only used the hotel for sleeping and breakfast but found the staff very friendly and helpful. We were both given the offer of a free 15mins massage in the beautiful garden's gazebo. The pool looked clean and inviting and seemed like an idylic place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was more than adequate as there was plenty of choice, fruit, cereal, sausage, tomatoes and eggs, (perfect omelettes) in addition to Indonisian cuisine. The rooms were clean and we were amazed how huge the bed was! The beach was a short walk away.
Overall, fantastic experience. If anything, we would say that the brown bath was not to our liking as it was too big and for someone in their advancing years could be a problem getting into and out of the shower.

The room was very spacious and they provided an extra bed for a child. The bath was big and so was the balcony. By the time we had finished breakfast, housekeeping had already been in to replace towels, make the beds, replace soaps and shampoo, clean the balcony and even point the toilet paper! The breakfast was great with fresh pancakes and eggs. With a small child we really couldn't have asked for more. We loved it so much we extended our stay and have decided to book again. It is very close to 'peek a boo' play center and the beach which we highly recommend.
Felt at home here, no reason to complain.

I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel in Bali. The location was close to the beach, although there was no direct path to it. The hotel was obviously focused on the Asian market, which I found interesting. The rooms had nice balconies, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious food at reasonable prices.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Quiet location. Helpful & friendly front desk staff. Great massages!
Senior staff in restaurant not so friendly or helpful. Tea/coffee supplies (including cups) in room were not replaced every day & dirty dishes left outside room.

During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the big and appealing pool area and the daily fresh fruits for breakfast. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay more enjoyable.
The swimming pool needed some safety upgrading as some of the steps underwater were loose and the overflow fencing was unsafe. the hotel could use more regular maintenance and attention to details.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Sanur, Bali. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and there was even a deli right at the front of the driveway. The room I stayed in was quite big compared to other hotels, and it had a nice balcony where I could relax. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered good food at reasonable prices.
My experience was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to improve.
